Life update

As of May 5th, 2025 (today), I am (un)fortunately still alive. Over the last few days, I have improved this site by moving it to older technologies, so it has better compatibility with IE. I tested it on Internet Explorer 11 running on Windows Server 2022, and the images are now displaying, because I changed WebP images to JPG, PNG, and GIF. Unfortunately, these changes caused the site to double in size. It's a great improvement for people who have older computers that can't run modern browsers, but have a fiber connection.
More graphics have been added, especially on the home page, so people without a fiber connection can browse this website even more authentically (slow).

And what has changed in my life? Nothing.
My self-esteem has increased a lot (because it went from 0 to 0.001). Besides, I built myself a new homelab. It currently consists of a TP-Link ER605 v2 (OpenWRT flashed) and a TP-Link TL-SG108E switch. I also ordered a Chinese mini PC with an Intel N150 Twin Lake CPU, 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD. I'm planning to run Proxmox and Docker on it.
My perception is still as bad as it was, for example I only moved the date on my watch today, and since April has 30 days, until today the date on my watch has been one day behind.

I know that absolutely no one reads this blog, but I am writing it to 1. do something and 2. show it to one person who finds me interesting and I find them quite the opposite.

Most importantly, I started spending more time on my interests and sometimes even enjoying them.
